> TechMiners is a Technology & Product Due Diligence (Tech DD) provider that helps private equity firms, venture capital investors, and corporate acquirers assess and de-risk tech-driven M&A and investment decisions. Assessments are led by veteran CTOs who have built, scaled, and exited technology companies, backed by ONE — a proprietary data analytics platform that connects to source control, ticketing systems, and documentation to analyse engineering metadata at scale.

TechMiners is SOC 2 Type 2 certified. All engagements are minimally invasive, confidential, and typically delivered within 10–15 business days. TechMiners does not train AI models on client data.
